Fathima E. V

Fathima E.V, writer- translator, is the Vice President of I- Shore. She is the co- translator (along with Nandakumar K) of M.Mukundan's 'Delhi: A Soliloquy,' which won the JCB Prize 2021. She recieved the Crossword Prize for English translation 2017, and V. Abdulla Translation Award 2017, (and was short listed for the Muse India Translation Award 2017) for her debut translation, 'A Preface to Man,' translated from Subash Chandran's Malayalam novel 'Manushayanu Oru Aamugham.' Her other translations include "Baby Doll: Stories of Gracy," (which was on the longlist of the inaugural 'SheThePeople Women Writer’s Prize 2022'), and a forthcoming volume on 'Malayalam Critical Discourses' which she co-edits with Prof. Scaria Zacharia, for Routledge.
